ezgo Posted August 15, 2021 #1 Share Posted August 15, 2021 Have a hold on Ve7011 very forward ,I assume the deck plan is the same as Nieuw Amsterdam is that correct ? We never have had a cabin this forward any issues ?
Rare Vict0riann Posted August 15, 2021 #2 Share Posted August 15, 2021 Not Nieuw Amsterdam, but like Koningsdam or Nieuw Statendam, probably.
CruiserBruce Posted August 15, 2021 #3 Share Posted August 15, 2021 Definitely not N. Amsterdam. Rotterdam is sisters with Koningsdam and N. Statendam, so it's likely the same or very similar to those ships.
RGEDad Posted August 16, 2021 #4 Share Posted August 16, 2021 You are above other cabins, and below the rear portion of the Ships bridge. Should not be a noise problem. You will/may be able to look up during docking procedures to watch the captain bring the ship to the dock (always interesting - to me). There may be some veranda sun blockage from the bridge wing overhang just to your left. You are near the bow area so in very heavy seas you will feel more up/down motion than if you were midship. I use https://www.cruisedeckplans.com to check my cabins. Because it is new - there are no reviews of cabins to date.
