El Valle Ecological Paradise & Waterfall

We are scheduled for a port stop in Fuerte Amador (Panama city.)  This is a tour on HAL's excursion page.  Due to pandemic, we are booking tours only thru the cruise line.  Has anyone ever done this tour?  El Valle Ecological Paradise & waterfall.  The description says 2 hr bus ride each way, & classifies it as strenuous.  We are older & wanting to know how strenuous it is? Total tour is 8 hrs-- w/ lunch, 4hrs on a bus & shopping time.

I googled it and found a detailed description on cruiseportinsider.com.  In the excursions for Fuerte Amador/Panama City.  Sorry, I haven’t mastered copy and paste on an iPad.  EM

Thanks- I tried trip advisor, but will try your suggestion as well.
