Did Tampa Offer 'Special Delivery' Pre-CoVID?

Will be sailing out of Tampa for the first time.  Do pre-pandemic Tampa cruisers know if X was offering Special Delivery there as they had been in other Fla ports?

Has Celebrity sailed from Tampa yet?  I thought last winter season was the first planned for Tampa.  I would assume they would have it as they have it at ports other than PE and POM.

You may be right.  I can't recall whether they had started Tampa before the 2020 season blew up, or whether 2020 was supposed to be the first year.  We weren't looking at Florida as a starting point during that time frame.

No was supposed  to start winter 2020

OK.  No sweat, no hurry.  Don't need to sweat the arrival transportation just yet.  Will just need to remember to ask the shore-side concierge later.
