REDUCED CRUISERS ON SHIPS = LESS SHOWS/ACTIVITIES?

Recommended Posts

We will be on the Mariner of the Seas on October 11 for 4 nights.  I've been reading that the ships are 50% or less occupied and am wondering if scheduled shows and events are reduced to less performances because of that.

Thank you for any information you might have.

Look for any live reviews, you will get an idea of how activities and shows are being ran. I will say that based on readings, shows and events are much more restrictive. But imho not to the point it will ruin your cruising experience.

I actually work in the Activities field in a nursing home.  Not exactly the same, but I will say that based on what I'm going through, it's a pretty safe bet that the activities won't be the same as they used to be.  They'll still be offered, I'm sure, but there will probably be restrictions, for example mask wearing for certain activities.

Now, whether or not we'll have as many activities onboard the ship remains to be seen.

Look at some of the dailies posted here lately.  Pretty slim.

Bring some books.
