That looks like a Yankee one, left hand drive.  I remember in the CMF (Now Army Reserve) , late 1960's we had the Studebaker trucks, left hand drive, left over from the Yanks in WW2.

Yeah I suspect that is a yank one, when it finally left a few months ago it looked like this.

 

He had it for about 65 years in harness full time for owner 40, well over a million miles the old girl, he just couldn’t part with her
