In accordance with MSC's exciting new reclassification of stateroom categories, as of 15 November, 2021, the new MSC experiences will change as shown in the table below:

Bella staterooms will now be known as our Raccapricciante cabins.  Raccapricciante means "horrific" in Italian.  This change takes place due to the fact that the customer is buying our baseline cabin.  Thus, we wish to make it understood that they will receive our baseline experience, in the classic Italian way that MSC is known for!

Fantastica stateroom cabins will become Frustrazione, which means "frustrating" in Italian.  We expect your experience to be superior to Raccapricciante, but we'd be lying if said that we didn't think that you would be frustrated.

Finally, Aurea stateroom cabins will now operate as the Irritazione Experience.  Ittitazione means "irritating" in English, so while we expect that you will encounter irritation on multiple levels, certainly your experience should be less frustrating and we hope and pray that it will be far from horrible!

As an exciting new add-on, for only 250 Euro per cabin, regardless of experience, MSC is proud to introduce the new Infomare enhancement.  Infomare means "to inform" in English, so for this small price, we will attempt to notify you of changes to your cruise and cancellations at least 50% of the time.  At such a low price point, the Infomare enhancement is a great value or molto economico!

At MSC Cruises, we believe in the old Italian adage, "Non avere peli sulla lingua", which literally means "Without hair on his tongue", but euphemistically means "Do you want your friend’s honest opinion? Then ask him or her to say it “without hair on his tongue.” Just be ready for the brutally honest truth!"  It is our goal to deliver the truth, and we believe that these new experiences more properly align with the honest truth in accordance with meeting our customers' expectations!

And remember, if all else fails, you may purchase one of our many well-priced drink packages and wash your frustrations away by becoming Ubriaco come una scimmia or "Drunk like a monkey!"

Grazie and Buon Viaggio from your friends at MSC!

Is there a add on similar to the "infomare" enhancement that will give you a customer service number stateside that MSC will actually answer? Today I held for 1 1/2 hours and was disconnected so called again and was on hold 2 hours 42 minutes before being disconnected without ever talking to a human being! (this is in addition to the 1 hour 25 minute on hold a few days ago in my first attempt at contact).

You should really consider charging MSC since they live rent-free in your head. 🥺

Not so much.  Just having some fun with it.  But sometimes, truth can be found in humor.
