Reading between the lines it seems as if there is an assumption by the Government of Bermuda that cruise ships might be visiting in the off season as well? Permits going from an 8 to 12 month license. Possible we'll see year round gambling cruises from the US? 

 

Interesting timing since the St Regis and Hamilton Princess both have provisional licenses for their own casinos.
