DUCHESSRN Posted November 28, 2021 #1 Share Posted November 28, 2021 Probably a total of 3 hours on the phone to several people at Princess my Ruby Princess Dec 17th cruise is not on my Medallion , instead the original Hawaii cruise that was cancelled in August is still there . Cannot add manually and reloaded App several times. My husband has the correct cruise listed but is unable to order my Medallion . Nobody seems to be able to fix this and I was told when I get to the ship it will be sorted out....not a great start to my cruise . Has anyone else had this problem? I would be unable to book dining and would think anything desirable all gone by the time I was fixed. Would hate to be waiting until the date for the cancelled voyage passed. Our 07DEC shows up but swears there’s no places on the ship that offer dining reservations. I’m green lane, my DH is stubbornly blue despite all the check marks. Princess put in a case over a month ago but no resolution. What is interesting is that the two new cruises that I booked for 2023 are fine.
