Halleluhljah!  We finally received the reimbursement of of our quarantine expenses in our credit card today! Just in time to spend it all in our cruise leaving Sunday 😂😂

 

Just waiting on the refund for the  two cabins we had to cancel on the 1/15 cruise.  We cancelled those on 1/13

Hope you have a good cruise. I recall you mentioned you were going on Anthem? We're leaving on Saturday heading for Bayonne ourselves for the same cruise.

I don’t think so.  We are not planning on getting a wifi package, just using our 6 Diamond + days.  Depends on whether Ethan is on it constantly lol

Yes I think we got all our money back. It was so chopped up and not itemized it was hard to follow. Found the last portion of it on our hotel credit card, not the one on our RCL file.

Grateful to get it all back. Meanwhile enjoyed our 2/27 Oasis cruise.

Well I apply Cruise credit from 6 day Odyssey cruise 9January to our upcoming Symphony Cruise in November5.

We finally received the refund for the cancelled 1/15 cruise a few days ago. I had finally gotten someone in executive customer relations who found the credit card reimbursement had not gone through properly so she got it fixed. 
 

I kind of got the run around when I asked about the FCC letter we received.  They finally forwarded the question to casino Royale and I had a manager from there called me on Saturday and tell me there would be no FCC but they would allow me to book another cruise using the same offer we used on the 1/9 cruise.  We ended up adding a 3rd week to a B2B we have booked on oasis in November.

 

We had a great time on our replacement cruise on Anthem in March.  Next up for us is a B2B in Ovation in May!

Puzzling your post about FCC.  Did u not get FCC for your 9Jan on Odyssey?

We got full 6days FCC for the entire 9Jan cruise Odyssey on which I tested positive on day6 Friday

No we didn’t.  We got a letter that said we would get 100% of the value of the cruise but finally got the answer that our cabin was booked as a casino comp so they said there was no value and issued a replacement offer instead.
