CDC discouraging visiting Aruba

They have lots of company.  The following is the list of countries currently listed at level 4 by the CDC.  Around 84 if I counted correctly.  Around 40% of all the countries in the world so no big thing.  If you are going to travel, most likely you are going to a level 4 country.

How was it and what did your guide say?

I was there in December and wasn't worried.  Pretty much every restaurant had outdoor seating.  Workers at restaurants and hotel wore masks.  We wore masks anytime we were inside, walking through the lobby or to our seats at restaurants.  

At the beach, you are outside, can't get any safer then that.

CDC doesn't want you to go anywhere, even the local grocery store.  But if ships are going there should be no issue.
