No excursions offered??

I have a cruise booked for June with RCCL. I’ve noticed, in the last couple of weeks, that there aren’t any excursions listed for Cozumel. 
does anyone know what would prompt that?

This happened to us for our Feb 6 cruise, Roatan port.  We didn’t see any excursions listed until like 2 weeks ago.  Not sure why
