CHECK IN NOT 100%?

At 21 days today. I have, as far as I can see completed all check in area's, I have a tick on every 8 points for both parties, watched the video on both parties, it says for both check in completed but on summary it says only 83% completed. Cannot download docs, anyone able to offer a solution. I do note that although the contact details has a green tick  when I click on checkin progress percentage which lists the areas it does not have a tick against contact, but its all completed? Help please

Trying going back to "Phone number" and Email.  Re-enter each and submit.

Hopefully, that does the trick for you (as quite a few others have posted, over the past months)!

As mentioned reenter and verify phone and email.  It won't actually make you verify, but you have to click the resend option.

I hit the back button once for phone number(3 times for 3 passengers) and re-entered the single digit and it worked!

Support Services 866-625-1160 can fix the issue if above doesn't work

Having same problem but with flight not recognise.

 

So I can't re-enter it manually as it is all from a drop down button except flight number which we have tried
