I don't think the colour rating is the issue but the category a cruise line will have to have their ships sailing within with regards to numbers jabbed or unjabbed, though so far it will be voluntary. deliver42 Posted February 10, 2022 #4 Share Posted February 10, 2022 The CDC has said that if the cruise lines don't comply with the "voluntary" program, they will show as grey on the CDC's web site, and the can issue a no sail order per ship.
