I purchased Travel Insurance for my Carnival Cruise coming up for $45 on insuremytrip.com with $0 deductable along with repatriation, Trip interruption/delay/luggage. Any experience with World Trips Atlas Insurance? It got a 96 percent rating on Insuremytrip.com

The company will pay claims that meet the terms of the policy. The question is whether you read the policy and understand those terms.

 

Did you realize there is a two year look-back period? That means any chronic condition in your history will not be covered.

 

Did you know trip interruption pays for only air fare to the airport nearest your home if your home is destroyed or someone dies? There are no provisions for other expenses or losses.

 

Trip delay provides only $100 for up to 2 days. There is no provision for COVID quarantine unless your policy covers at least 30 days.

 

This is primarily a medical policy to supplement existing health insurance. If that is what you intended to buy, you’ll be fine.
