Posted on another post, but they should have just raised the the bridge. Cabin count would remain mostly the same, so still get their revenue, and a slightly better looking ship. The new "excellence class" are top heavy ships, but because they put the bridge at practically the top deck, they have a much more balanced forward profile, and you really don't notice as much. Carnival Corp had such a long time to develop this new "vista/pinnacle" design variation, wish they had put some more effort into it for Cunard.

But if the Bridge had been raised , would that have meant that any forward views like the Commodore Club would have to have the Blinds down at Sunset, similar to what happens on QM2

The Commodore club on the QM2 is below the bridge, so the potential up-lighting at night would cause navigation issues, so that is why they have the blinds down. But here the future Commodore Club is above the bridge, just like the Queen Victoria and every other ship with a forward observation lounge, so the location of the bridge wouldn't have an effect, as long as its below the lounge.

I am sure it is not as simple as just raising the bridge a few decks obviously a reason why it  cannot be done.

But if the Bridge was raised, would not that put the Bridge above the Commodore Club causing the problem as I suggested. I have not see any plans for the Interior of Queen Anne

Ok I understand the confusion. This was just hypothetical design comment to help improve the top-heavy forward section(as seen in the Nieuw Statendam photo) of the ship by moving up the bridge a few decks, but still maintaining two decks above the bridge including the Commodore Lounge, similar to the Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth.  

 

Looking forward to seeing the plans, although probably be somewhat similar to the  Koningsdam/Nieuw Statendam/Rotterdam
