We're on the June 19-26th cruise. We've rebooked a couple of times already after originally trying to go in May 2020 (booked in 2019, pre covid). Do you have fears that it might be canceled again? Rare www3traveler Posted March 3, 2022 #5 Share Posted March 3, 2022 On a email Cruise Critic newsfeed yesterday (Wednesday March 2nd), they were reporting that Transport Canada has laid out rules for cruise ships to return to Canadian waters. From what I read in the news report, it seems a little complicated. We will have to wait and see how it plays out.
deliver42 Posted March 3, 2022 #6 Share Posted March 3, 2022 There are two bills in congress to extend for another year the out dated act requiring a foreign port stop. This will eliminate Canada again. For my money, it could bve permanent. If Canada wants to play hardball, lets join them.
