I am keeping my fingers crossed that this does not cancel again.

What cruise are you on?  We're on the June 19-26th cruise.  We've rebooked a couple of times already after originally trying to go in May 2020 (booked in 2019, pre covid).  Do you have fears that it might be canceled again?

On a email Cruise Critic newsfeed yesterday (Wednesday March 2nd), they were reporting that Transport Canada has laid out rules for cruise ships to return to Canadian waters.  From what I read in the news report, it seems a little complicated.  We will have to wait and see how it plays out.

There are two bills in congress to extend for another year the out dated act requiring a foreign port stop. This will eliminate Canada again. For my money, it could bve permanent. If Canada wants to play hardball, lets join them.
