I know we get drinks included in Haven but can we get drinks also elshere on the ship?

Technically, drinks aren't included in the Haven. You likely have the PBP promo for drinks which works at every bar on the ship including the Haven bar.

 

If you did not select or declined the Premium Beverage Promo, you will pay for drinks a la carte at every bar on the ship including the Haven bar.

Yea, what @Two Wheels Only said is correct.  If you have a drink package, your haven drinks will be at the level of that package, whatever it is.  That would be inside and outside the haven, BUT NOT delivered to your room (there is always a charge for asking a butler to go get you an alcohol drink and bring it to your room).

Just to correct my error....

 

The promo beverage package is the PBP (Premium Beverage Package). Somehow, I put Premium Beverage Promo. 🤪

 

I guess it was a Freudian slip since 99.99% of people with the PBP got it as a promo.

No free drinks in the Haven except the night of the captain's cocktail party.  You pay like everyone else and the butler is not allowed to deliver drinks to your suite. You must get them at the bar.
