AT&T Data Package on Ship

I just got off with AT&T and apparently we are able to pre-purchase a data plan to use onboard the ship at a cost of $100/30 days (200mb/day). This is 2/3 of what HAL is charging. So it seems HAL has a contract with AT&T (?).

So I’m just a little skeptical, and wanted to ask if anyone else has used this option, and if so, how did it go? Did you also incur a charge for using HAL equipment (tower)?

i believe that package only includes 200 mb TOTAL ( not per day), which is not a lot of data.  That said, if you need to make/recieve alot of calls, then $100 is not too bad for 30 days.

Thanks. It certainly isn’t much.

We really only want data. A bit. Enough to email family.
