If you are denied boarding because of a positive CV test and you are given FCC what happens to the OBS.

Is this amount moved to whatever cruise you decide on in the future

And do you .have to reapply for the shareholder benefit

Our cruise starts on 25th March and we have £810 OBS including £150 shareholder benefit

The booking is cancelled. All shareholder benefits and OBS cease to apply. You are given FCC which you can then use to book a new cruise. You then get the OBS applicable to the new cruise at the time you book, and can apply for shareholder credit again.
