More good CDC new in regards to further lowering of cruise COVID risks.

Um, there is nothing in the article that says the risk of Covid is lowered on cruises.

 

Only that the advisory has been removed.

 

From the first paragraph:  While the move doesn't mean there is no risk of Covid-19 transmission on cruises, "travelers will make their own risk assessment when choosing to travel on a cruise ship, much like they do in all other travel settings,"

I would have to agree with that statement.  No other commercial setting requires proof of vaccination and negative testing prior to entering a setting where the entire staff wears N95 masks and are fully vaccinated and regularly tested.  This in addition to the stringent cleaning as well as immediately quarantining anyone who tests positive.  Covid is everywhere.  You’re not going to get away from it no matter where you go.
