Just booked! Email??

Just booked a virgin cruise for the first time! We booked one of the Rockstar aft suites. I can see it when I login and in the app, I just never got any email from virgin at all of a confirmation or that I created an account with them or anything.. Normal? Just feels odd. Wanting to make sure I'm not missing anything important.

You should receive confirmation, although it’s not always instant.

that is strange - i would contact them - they send an email for every single change you make!

I also booked a cruise last night and didn't get a confirmation email. I emailed them today. Just waiting on a response.

So strange. I can see my booking and everything in the app so I wasn't too concerned, but so odd
