Medallions for B2B

DH & I are cruising a week in July then I am going solo the 2nd week (it’s golf league season…🙄).

Do I get a new Medallion for week 2, or use the same?

You will use the same, unless the battery starts getting low (in which case your door won't open as quickly and then stop opening).  If that happens, just go to guest services and they will give you a new one.

Sometimes even new Medallion's can act differently depending on how strong or weak the battery is. My husbands opened our cabin door from 3 cabins away while mine had to be almost next to the door to work.

Ask for a change of Medallion if that happens.

You can also ask to keep your old medallion if you didn't bring extra magnets of your own-- I currently have three of them on my walls holding up various papers.

You also need the medallion to get off the ship. So don’t throw it away before you are off the ship
