Just off Grandeur 5/13 sailing

Just got off the Grandeur and was somewhat disappointed in the entertainment , mainly only 3 out of 5 nights with shows (all singing and/or dancing but they were good). No welcome show the first night and another night the only thing was a movie by the pool.

 

Also had difficulty following the RCL app because it kept changing. Wife wanted to see the movie on night 5 at 6:30 but at some point it changed to night 4 at 7:30 (only time it was shown). Fortunately the wife saw the change on the wall display. App showed a captain's corner on day 5 and it disappeared. 

 

One good thing was they had some of the staff on stage at the end of the show on the last night like they use to.

All the time, especially after the first night's show disappeared.

It is annoying - we had entertainment change locations without updates and time changes as well.

 

If they are going to have an app they need to learn to utilize it.

We were on Grandeur the week before (9th-13th) and noticed the same HORRIBLE problems with the App. Between the spotty WiFi connectivity all over the ship and the constant shuffling/appearance/disappearance of activities I was ready to grab the paper Compass and a highlighter and do it old school.
