Haven't seen or heard anything. When I've submitted reviews in the past they were published in just a few ways. Any ideas? Who should I reach out to? You can always use the link in the side bar that says "How to contact us" by LauraS, if still not showing after 2 weeks. I'll admit when I'm in a hurry and send it by my phone; I hit something wrong because I'm in a hurry. When it comes out you'll find my candor and special brand of humor. I mentioned I submitted this one from my Galaxy S 21. I find it easier to do it old school from my laptop. So, I'm not sure if I even posted it correctly. It is located at the top of the Cruise Critic Community list of forums right under Forum Assistance. Whenever you wonder if you need help with something on the boards, always check this forum first. It is for the "how to use our forums" type of questions with assistance from the staff and members. Most often CC Help Jenn, Senior Community Support Specialist, has already addressed the matter. Note the large amount of "How to..." pinned threads toward the top of this forum's first page. Also, please note the Announcements box to the upper right on Cruise Critic pages. Once submitted, your Member Review will be given a once over by Cruise Critic staff and you will be sent an email when it is published or if it needs some extra attention..."
