Status of My Review

Not sure where to go but, here goes.

Last week, I submitted a review on Cruise Critic regarding my May 9, Freedom Of The Seas review. Haven't seen or heard anything. When I've submitted reviews in the past they were published in just a few ways. Any ideas? Who should I reach out to? Please and Thank You. 🙂

Like every other "business", its hard to find employees.

You said last week, so give it a bit more time. As soon as it is read, and "approved" it will be posted. You can always use the link in the side bar that says "How to contact us" by LauraS, if still not showing after 2 weeks. Looking forward to reading it.

Thank you! I'll admit when I'm in a hurry and send it by my phone; I hit something wrong because I'm in a hurry. When it comes out you'll find my candor and special brand of humor.

I can dig it. I mentioned I submitted this one from  my Galaxy S 21. I find it easier to do it old school from my laptop. So, I'm not sure if I even posted it correctly.

Your thread has been moved to the Need Help Using the Forums? Check Here! forum where it will be on topic. Folks often forget about this forum. It is located at the top of the Cruise Critic Community list of forums right under Forum Assistance.

 

Whenever you wonder  if you need help with something on the boards, always check this forum first. It is for the "how to use our forums" type of questions with assistance from the staff and members. Most often CC Help Jenn, Senior Community Support Specialist, has already addressed the matter. Note the large amount of "How to..." pinned threads toward the top of this forum's first page.

 

Also, please note the Announcements box to the upper right on Cruise Critic pages. Check out How to Contact Us there. And then there is the Contact Us at the bottom of each page too. It takes you to the Cruise Critic Community Help Center where you will see the following:

 

"For help on any of the above issues, or technical assistance contact help@cruisecritic.com

We're sorry; there is no assistance available via the telephone. 
 

For questions or comments regarding the management of our community or any user-generated content you find on our site, or for media inquiries, please contact our Community Manager at: community@cruisecritic.com"

 

And speaking of CC Help Jenn, please note she states the following in How To: Submit a Member Review:

 

"... Once submitted, your Member Review will be given a once over by Cruise Critic staff and you will be sent an email when it is published or if it needs some extra attention..."

 

Please be patient for the proper process to be completed.
