Passenger Locator Form for Koper?

Slovenia is one of the few places left that still shows these forms required if arriving by ship or ferry.  Has anyone been to Koper in the last few weeks?  Do we really need this for a port call there?

We were there in April.  No form was required.  In our 2 weeks from Barcelona to Ravenna PLF's were not looked at at all.  People we met onboard had been told by their Travel Agent to do forms for each country, which took a considerable amount of time and frustration.  

We did forms for entry into Spain and exit from Italy.  Again nobody looked !

We did them in March twice for Portugal and once for Spain and no one ever asked for them.

I just checked the FCO website and it says this for Slovenia. 

 

There is no longer a requirement to complete a Passenger Locator Form before entering Slovenia.
