SeaPete Posted May 30, 2022 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2022 Tested positive and was moved from sky suite to regular balcony room. Upon returning to port, returned home to quarantine and incurred no additional expenses. How are the days lost reimbursed? Do I need to file anything or is this automatic? I can't find anything in the paperwork I was given upon departure that addresses this question. Tested positive on a Thursday morning and disembarked on Monday. The policies in the past would reimburse for days in quarantine. Do not think that has changed. Seems nothing is automatic today.
wrk2cruise Posted May 30, 2022 #3 Share Posted May 30, 2022 By the way this is not part of Cruise with Confidence policy. That policy only covers your ability to cancel for any reason up to 48 hrs prior to sailing and get a FCC.
SbbquilterUT Posted May 31, 2022 #4 Share Posted May 31, 2022 We reached out to the Engagement Center after we had 9 quarantine days in February - took a little work as some was refunded in FCC and some in cash.
