23 makes it greasy and anything less isn’t really a burger.

If you want really fluffy scrambled eggs, microwave them.  I use a coffee mug, egg salt & pepper, scramble well.  My microwave need 1:30 for perfect (you will need to test yours). Egg is light & fluffy & the perfect shape for a breakfast sandwich. Toast an English muffin or bagel, add cheese & bacon, ham, sausage.  You could add any of these ingredients to the egg first, veggies, whatever you like.  Sooo easy and soooo good!
