Diamond Discount - Surf?

I haven't cruised on RCL since 2018 or 2019.  I am a diamond member, and this week, I booked a Voyager OTS cruise for this September.  I do not need to purchase a surf package for the entire trip, but would like to check email about 3 times during the trip.  Do I still get free minutes of internet?  What would be my best option?
