We are sailing from New York to Southampton and would like to have a small amount of GBP when we leave the ship. Does the ship offer onboard currency exchange from USD to GBP? Thank you.

It will probably be cheaper to change your money before you leave home.

The Cunard rates are terrible. Change long before you travel. The USD is doing well against the GBP so you should be okay.

 

In the UK CC's are accepted just about everywhere, just remember to pay in local currency, it works out cheaper.

use an ATM (bank machine) when you arrive.  best rates.

All good advice, but to answer your question - yes, and available at least a day or two before you arrive in Blighty.

As has been said the exchange rate will be poor on board, but if you only want a small amount then you can change your money at the pursers desk.
