Timing for Refund

I just upgraded my drink package to Premium from Easy Plus.  They charged me the full price.  How long will I wait to get my refund ($931) on my credit card?  Anyone have experience with this issue?

If you bought a more expensive package, why do you think you are getting a refund?

Or are you expecting the difference between the two?

 

2 billing cycles they say. But don't count on it. Still waiting from a March cruise refund.

It took about a month for my refund to show up.

Not sure I understand the circumstances. An upgrade generally means you pay more for something.  So what's the refund for?

In order to get the premium drink package I had to cancel the easy plus and buy the premium.
