Question about Binex Now Covid Test & Bluetooth

My husband did a proctored Binex Now Covid test today.  As I listened to the proctor, I could barely understand what the person was saying.  I was wondering if anyone has ever used a bluetooth device so they could clearly hear the person at the other end?  My husband said he had the phone volume up but the accent made it a little difficult for me to understand the instructions that were being given.

I used my laptop and dh used his computer.  If I didn't understand i asked them to repeat.

I had a difficult time hearing as well. I was so frustrated with the high volume low audio output and the overall testing for the first time, Ugh... LoL! However, I found it very helpful when I asked the proctor to use the chat feature. Got thru it ezpz.

You can use ear buds if you want to hear them without any outside noise/distraction.  I used my laptop and had no issues.  DH did too.  We'll be testing again in 8 days.
