New Booking

I made a new booking and selected Princess Premier which includes internet, drinks, etc.  Where in my booking do I find it actually includes these items whether online or the app?

In your personalizer go to travel summary. It will show there .

The personaliser is online not on the medallionnet app.

I see summary and travel and neither of those show what is included.  

 

Sorry, it's been quite a while since I've been on a Princess cruise and their website is completely different.

I just found it.

Go to your personalizer.  Pull up your cruise.  When. you check gratuities (crew appreciation) it will state that it is covered under the promotion.  I think it is the last button on the cruise booking (under credits?).

 

Look on your app under Medallion Net.  It will say that you are covered but not yet connected.

Now I just need to figure out why I can't log into the app with my email and password that's the same as used online.

Log in with your booking number.

Log into the cruise personalizer and go to the summary page. At the very top it will say to print luggage tags and travel summary. Print the summary out, it has more detailed info. It will show under special services

You may also want to send a message to the app support and report that bug to them. 🙂
