Msc cruise 48hr antigen test?

we are book  to leave   on the msc divinia on Sunday July 24  are embarkation is at   6pm from port canaveral

 
We wanted to  do a rapid antigen test on the morning of friday July 22nd    around 11 am which is technically more then 48 hours which is required by msc.  Will a test on   friday morning be okay please advise  or does the test need to be   after 6pm on friday  due to a sunday embarkation time of 6pm?  WE are   from canada

My friend and I did MSC on Divina out of Port Canaveral at the beginning of May. 
Our appointments were 2 days before.  Her appointment was 11 am, mine was at 2:30. Our check in time was after that but we ended up showing up early.  It was after 12 pm though.
