One upgrade says expired the other says pending

I know this has been asked before but can't find the answer.  Anyone know what this means?  I can no longer change my bids.

About one week before our cruise, I tried to view my bids and got a message that said I was not qualified and could not view. Two days later we were notified that one of our bids was accepted. Inside to Club Balcony Suite.

That happened to me on a bid and the Pending one was accepted a short time later.  I do not know if Pending always ends up being accepted, though.

I had the same thing happen.  The one that said "pending" was accepted within a day or so.

Pending = pending a decision.  Could be yes or could be no.

Where can you see your bid and its status? I made a bid for our Aug 23 cruise but don't see it on my NCL. Is it too early to see?
