Beverage Package Question

Hi All

 

Im looking at the Bev package/w vroom. Quite expensive but apparently a discount currently (I have not cruised for a while- it was like $32 a day before lol).

 

Is it totally refundable as the small print says there may be a fee if cancelled?

Does it it include Lattes/cappicinos?  On Navigator of Seas

No fees to cancel prior to sailing

 

Yes it includes the specialty coffee

I'd get it and if you see it cheaper, cancel that one and purchase the newer one.  Just remember to do it before the cruise starts.  And I believe you can't purchase anything 3 days before the cruise.
