OBC based on number of cruises

Carnival used to award an OBC at the 25th, 50th, 75th and 100th cruise. The OBC was based on the value of your cruise fare with the 25th being 25%, the 50th being 50% and so on. 

We recieved 25% OBC on our 25th cruise. 

We are approaching our 50th cruise and could not find any current information.  Is anyone familiar with this and aware that this promotion is continuing?

It's the Milestone program and still exists

Right there with you, just a couple away from 50!  Keep in mind, you do not have to use it on the exact cruise you hit 50 on.  You have a little while to use it (I think it is a year), so plan accordingly to optimize that OBC and pick whatever cruise 50 or slightly after you are spending the most on for the cruise rate 😜
