Checking in on Carnival

Trying to get checked in on upcoming cruise, September 22 Magic out of NYC, on my manage trip site the check in icon is highlighted,I get half way through check in, travel plans, and the app just says loading…. Waited, waited, waited… tried reloading….nothing???
any thoughts?

1. I hope you mean August 22nd!

2. I'm on the cruise too and it took me quite a while shortly after 12 midnight. Keep trying. Close your browser and reopen it. If you have more than one browser, try  alternating.

3. Are you in the group on the faces page that shall not be named??

I never use the app.  I check in via the website.  Never any problem (but I don't stay up until 12:01 trying to be First.)

web site is how I’m checking in, just very finicky, you’d think the part where they take your CC card would work well??🤣

I have seen suggestions to try using a different browser. Someone recently posted that they couldn’t get it to take their cc. They were using Edge. When they tried a different browser, like Chrome or other, it worked smoothly. Something I never would have thought of. m—
