Will Royal price match from other websites AFTER booking?

If I booked a cruise today on the official website, and then 14 days later PriceLine, Direct Line Cruises, Cruises, American Discount, CruisesOnly, etc has a cheaper price for the same room type, will Royal price match it or does that cheaper price have to appear on the official website for them to do price adjustment?

When you say "same room type", are you checking the actual category within that room type?  As I understand it, travel websites are not permitted to offer lower prices for the cabins, but they can offer other things like OBC or they will pay your deposit up front for you.

You could probably do better with a ta who has access to group rates and just book that in the first place.
