How does Wasabi (Breakaway)work?  I see that there is the sushi bar itself with barstools, along with tables, both indoor and on the Oceanfront.  Is there a host?  Do you seat yourself at an unoccupied table?  Are there servers for those tables or do you have to go to the sushi bar and order?

The hostess will seat you. You can ask for bar, table or waterfront. 
 

A waiter will take your order. And serve you your dishes. 
 

A SDP credit is good for 4 dishes.
