Waterfront heaters?

We'll be on the Breakaway in October on a Canada/New England cruise.  Does the seating for restaurants on the Waterfront have heaters?

Unless they have portable tower heaters, it appears that there are no built-in heaters in the ceiling like the Bliss, Joy and Encore have.

 

I had to look at some YouTube videos, found one of the Breakaway and compared it to one from the Encore.

No the don't. The newer ships (Joy, Bliss, Encore), purpose built for the Alaskan cruise market, have outdoor heaters. 

 

Note the ceiling in Cagney's dining room on the Breakaway below. No heaters. 

 

Compared to the Encore with the headers above outdoor dining areas.
