How to stream Netflix on an Ipad on a European Cruise with a USA Account

I used my Samsung S7 tablet to stream Netflix and Prime Video last month while in hotels in Italy and on the ship with premium Wi-Fi.  I do not have VPN on my tablet, but use it with my laptop.  I was not able to stream other services like Hulu and FUBU, only Netflix and Prime Video would stream.

I think the issue is some shows are restricted by region. So if the OP wanted one of those shows they would need to download beforehand or use a VPN
