As many have said the Celebrity app has big issues on IPads.  I gave up and use my phone for searching then call my TA.  Booking on the web is iffy.

Yes, I have tried and was able to access my info thru the phone, but it is not easy to use or see. Simple point is everything worked fine up until 4 days ago. Again, why is no one from Celebrity responding to this thread? Why isn’t the moderator trying to get help for the people here.

Been having problems since last week.  Cannot login my account on laptop (w/ Chrome) even after clearing cache/cookies/etc randomly (sometimes it redirects, sometimes does nothing).  One two occasions that it actually let me in, the first time all my bookings went missing.  They came back later in the day.  Haven't been able to log in since.  iPhone app is fine though.   Note that when the website was having issues, sometimes it was throwing out "bad server" errors, so it's them.

 

Move up is also having issues.
