I still think this is a chintzy, nickel and dime approach by company management.  I'm new to HAL and thought I was paying into a premium product; this kind of junk takes it down a notch in my mind.  

 

Coming up next - Extra charges in MDR, Lido, and Room Service - just when I thought I was upgrading from Royal Caribbean and Carnival.
