How to call Celebrity Eclipse

I have just received a call from a Vivian saying she is onboard Celebrity Eclipse.

She is probably from the Medical Centre as she was enquiring about my health now I have returned home (I had COVID onboard and had to go to hospital in Raiatea for the day for tests).

She gave me a phone number but it does not connect (maybe as I'm in Australia??)

Does anyone know how to contact someone on the ship currently please?

Good that you are at home and hopefully feeling a bit better; wishing you a speedy recovery. Are you sure that’s a number for the ship? It could be someone shoreside following up to be sure you’re ok. If you post the first part of the phone number we can let you know if that’s a US landline.

She said she wanted to speak with me as I had emailed Celebrity to get my file to pass onto my doctor here at home, so thought it may be in relation to that matter.

The number is 9542661800 and her sign off was "have a good evening", except it's day here in OZ, so that confused me slightly as Eclipse is in Australia right now. 🤔
