Voyagers club OBC

I applied the status match from Carnival and got matched as Gold.

From what I understand if I book  9 months or more we should each get 50$ obc. 
I booked for December 2023, and the obc that shows is the one that came with the original offer, for those of you that have sailed with MSC does the OBC appear only once on board?

You will have to call them and have it applied to the booking.  If you used a TA, they will do this for you.  This was true for us as well as for getting the 5% off the cruise fare.

I booked 2 cruises 2 weeks ago.  On one, the Voyager OBC was applied the next day without a call, but, on the first booking, I did call and was advised that it's a back office manual process to apply it.  I think I got it very late on the 2nd day after booking.

Just have your travel agent call or if you booked directly call them....
