Marmalade.  Take the wine pairing menu.  They can also prepare a cocktail menu to suit.

Good call…. Can one suggest the Main of their Seafood Paella for two sharing.  It’s hand made with care to order, but be prepared to wait 30/40 minutes before serving, because that’s how long it takes the Chef. Time for leisurely cocktail and starter.
