Embarkation Day Lunch on Independence of the Seas

I'm developing a pocket guide for my group sailing on the IOS in May 2023.    Question:  Which restaurants are open for lunch on Embarkation Day besides Windjammer, and the Key luncheon (Chops or Chops menu in MDR)?  

Sorrento's? 

Cafe Promenade?

Fish n' Ships? 

Playmakers? 

Specialty Restaurants?

Cafe Promenade is always open on embarkation day.  They will have little sandwiches and desserts.  If you look at the RCI app for your sailing, it will tell you exactly which dining options are open and available to you for lunch on embarkation day.  You can also check current sailings to get an idea as well if they haven't posted anything yet for your sailing.

Chops Grille or Jamie's Italian will get you out of the craziness of the Wind Jammer on embarkation day, and provide a very nice lunch.  Would need to check your Cruise planner though.  Sometimes it's open and sometimes not on embarkation day.  Probably $21 - $25 pp.
