Turning 18 during cruise

NOOB here. Most of my options to post in other threads is greyed out, so hoping someone will see this here.

My daughter is turning 18 in the middle of a proposed MSC cruise. She’s being charged as a teen for the whole cruise. My question is will she be able to partake of the spa and hydrotherapy circuits that comes with the yacht club suite once she turns 18 during the cruise?  I will be calling tomorrow to see if MSC customer service knows, but thought I’d check here.

Happy Holidays and thank you!

No,

Age is day of boarding and you said she is being charged as a teen.

Do you want to pay for her as an adult?

Also you did not mention if this is a USA cruise.

In USA I think drinking is 21 on MSC. 18 elsewhere in the world.

This.

Drinking policies has more to do with law of the land than companies. In fact legal age to drink in the US and UK is 21. In the EU it is 18.

Regarding the spa pass, well, it is embarkation day age that matters. Maybe the ship might to provide such a little surprise experience for her birthday, but don't count on anything too fancy.
