QBC and pre-paid gratuities are not listed in the amenities before the cruise

We have OBC and pre-paid gratuities from our TA for our upcoming cruise. None is showing up in our amenities list.
My husband says that we'll see it after we board in our onboard account. Should we see them listed in our booking before the cruise?

 

Can anyone clarify how this works?

I never see anything that my TA has given me for perks on the NCL documentation; there should be cards in your room that show these benefits.

The OBC will show on your onboard account by the 2nd day of your cruise.

OBC comes 2nd day of cruise. I booked with crucon and they did pay the gratuities right away though. My account only shows that I owe grat for my son. (we had 2 people grat free from TA).

The prepaid DSC will show up on the cruise confirmation.  That is not an amenity (nor is it a gratuity but that is a different discussion).
