Ocean World Carnival Excursion?

Going to be in Amber Cove. Thinking of going to Ocean World for the day. I usually don't do ship excursions. However, it seems that they want you to buy the tickets from your cruise ship, and they are the best deal. The Carnival site wasn't clear. Is transportation included? Would anyone recommend this place?

It doesn’t mention transportation however one of the reviews mentioned it’s short ride over. Best call Carnival.   When are you going?  We will be there on the Horizon in June 2024.

Update: we purchased this one and rolled the dice based off of the comments. It included the bus ride. $55 for the entrance and two-way ride was a good offer.

We are looking at going here too.  I don’t know if my son will want to do any of the animal interactions that day, and probably will not know until we are in Ocean World.  Can you add the animal interaction experiences inside the park, if you only booked transportation over there from your cruise ship?

Even if they allow same day add ons, there is always the possibility that they sell out for the day, so if it's something you really want to do, I would book in advance.

 

As for whether it's allowed as availability permits; I would be very surprised if they said, "Yeah, we have room for more people, but we don't want your money."
